About

The form grows from a broad horizontal base into a curved vertical screen, echoing shells and soft marine structures without directly copying them. The transition is made visible through hundreds of layered edges that gather, separate and change direction. This biomorphic profile gives the bench a strong emotional presence and creates a quieter place within an open public setting. It rewards movement around the object, revealing depth and shadow from every angle, and becomes a memorable focal point with a distinctly crafted character.

Materials and finishes

Each piece can be made for either indoor or outdoor use.

For indoor furniture, we use high-quality interior-grade plywood finished with protective furniture oil containing wax. The finish helps protect the plywood from moisture, stains, dirt, and everyday wear while preserving the natural wood grain and distinctive layered edges. For a colored finish, the plywood is tinted in the selected shade before the protective oil is applied.

For outdoor furniture, we use exterior-grade or marine plywood, depending on the design and desired appearance. The plywood can retain its natural tone or be tinted and is treated with an exterior-grade protective finish to reduce the effects of moisture, sunlight, and weather exposure. The plywood type and finishing system are selected according to the local climate, placement, and expected maintenance requirements.

Delivery and assembly

Delivery is arranged individually based on the size of the piece, destination, packaging requirements, and installation conditions.

Sea freightThe most cost-effective option for large pieces and multiple-item orders. Depending on the destination and container capacity, furniture can be shipped either fully assembled or in separate sections. Transit usually takes several weeks.

Air freightA faster option for time-sensitive projects, although it is generally more expensive. Furniture is shipped disassembled and securely packed in protective boxes or wooden crates.

Packaging and assemblyWhen shipped disassembled, all parts are carefully labeled and packed for safe transportation. Assembly instructions are included. On-site installation support can also be arranged if required.
